Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for choosing PerfectTech.co.za! We understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out as planned. This policy outlines the conditions for returning or exchanging your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- You can return or exchange most unused and unopened items within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all manuals and accessories included.
- We require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and your order number to process your return.
- We require a short video or image of the product and any faults to process your return.
Exchanges:
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@perfecttech.co.za with your order details, or call us at +27(65) 898 4205, and we will investigate the issue and arrange to resend the item if necessary.
Non-Returnable Items:
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for used items or items missing parts due to customer error.
- Custom-made or specially ordered products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Products known as Consumable Items such as cartridges, health products, sublimation blanks, or any items subject to wear and tear or that cannot be resold as new due to depletion or usage.
Return Process:
- Contact us at support@perfecttech.co.za and via Tel +27(65) 898 4205 to initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
- Securely pack your unused and unopened item(s) in the original packaging.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the following address:

Please note:
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchange may vary.
- DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products: If your product arrives defective or non-functional, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for an inspection and, if verified, cover the return shipping costs and expedite a replacement at no additional charge.
- Items Returned for Repair: For items needing repair, we keep essential parts on hand and are equipped to handle mid-level repairs. Standard repair terms include an estimated turnaround time of 7–14 business days, depending on parts availability and the nature of the repair. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a certain number of days (minus a 10% processing fee).
- Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable timeframe, please check your bank statement and contact your credit card company. Finally, contact us at +27(65) 898 4205 for further assistance.
